It’s pretty obvious by now that my favorite seasons are Winter and Fall. And my favorite time of the year is still going strong. Now that the holidays are over and it’s a new year, there are so many outerwear trends that are taking over the industry!
Side note: Can you believe that it’s 2017 already?! I’ve been layering up with all sorts of outerwear pieces and even bomber jackets. Especially when this bomber came in from H&M, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! This piece will definitely be worn over and over again all season long. This might be a trend that I keep in my wardrobe for the many Fall and Winter seasons to come, thanks to H&M!

It’s been a minute since I got back to my roots and back in a suit. If you couldn’t tell by now, my choice of clothing is usually a suit. It gets me so excited to put on a suit and all the pieces that go with it. It’s something I look forward to wearing from work, to weddings to parties, and even galas. It’s definitely a process to get into one and remain comfortable in one, but I sure do appreciate a nice tailored suit! From picking out the tie, to matching the pocket square, and of course matching the endless sock choices, I just can’t get enough! And don’t worry, you’ll see this combo from Bows N Ties all fall long!

If I could wear a suit every day, I definitely would. All day, everyday.

Hello? It’s me…

Fall can you hear me? I think you finally have. Let’s try to keep it this way, maybe just for a few more weeks? Summer may be long gone and fall is here, according to the calendar. But these Texas days don’t really like to listen! So what does one wear while we wait for those cooler temperatures to come around? Perry Ellis always comes to the rescue! I’ve always been a fan of a shirt with buttons all the way down and I may even want to wear this color for the rest of the season and maybe even in the winter. So thank you Perry Ellis, for getting me all excited and ready for my favorite season!
Btw, head over to GQ.com and Perry Ellis.com for more from the 100 pieces of Perry fashion show and you may see a farmilar face!

The Final White

Blazer: Hugo Boss; Shirt: Mango; Jeans: Topman; Shoes: Gucci; Sunglasses: Ray-Ban; Pocketsquare: c/o The Tie Bar; Bag: Bespoke; Watch: Apple

Lately, I’ve been wearing so much white, SO MUCH WHITE! From running errands, to going to dinner, and even to the gym. The white craze is still going strong and I definitely don’t want to see Labor day weekend arrive anytime soon, and take it away from me because that just means this relationship with white will have to come to an end. And I don’t want to let it go just yet! So I’m holding on for a few more days…white was the perfect color for me this summer and I can’t wait for next summer.

Red Times

It’s a new week which means we can make new rules, so why not get ready for a new wardrobe? Believe it or not September is right around the corner which means it’s almost time for Fall!  This number couldn’t have came in at a more perfect time from Banana Republic. Plaids are definitely a game changer and a must have essential for your fall wardrobe. I live for anything plaid and especially this one from Banana Republic. The amount of versatility that it offers is the best part! You can throw it on with a blazer, wear it with a chino, or even layer it with a t-shirt underneath. The possibilities are endless.

So tuck away those linens and those light summer pieces and bring on the plaid. Be sure to head to BananaRepublic.com for more.

The Navy Days

SHOP THE LOOK, HERE:

Blazer: Express; Shirt: Tommy Hilfiger; Jeans: Kenzo; Tie: c/o The Tie Bar; Shoes: Gucci; Pocket Square: c/o The Tie Bar; Sunglasses: Tom Ford; Watch: Apple

I wanna say about 7 months ago I was introduced to a handful of blues, shades of blue that is. As I got more familiar with these choices, and continued to add different shades of blue in my outfits. This is an updated version of a blazer-6and not your dads traditional navy blazer but a new approach to what you may see in a window or down a runway. So bacially, what I’m trying to say is that navy is something I can’t stop wearing, buying, and dreaming about! It’s just the perfect combo with everything I’ve been wearing. Even when it’s over 100 degrees during the day or at night. Navy is here to stay and I can’t to show you off.

What’s your favorite navy piece?
